- 10 grams Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 Large Potatoes
- Kale
- Paprika
- Handful Chopped
- Parsley
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper

Recipe Instructions
Step 1) Begin by preheating your oven to 220 degrees. Slice your potatoes into wedges, no need to peel. Place the potato pieces onto a baking tray, cover with a dash of oil, salt and pepper, plus a covering of paprika. Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Step 2) Next, create the homemade burgers. Finely chop up your chilli, parsley and crush the garlic. In a bowl, mix these all together along with the panko breadcrumbs and mince. Ensure all of the products are mixed together thoroughly with salt and pepper. Divide the mixture into two and create burger patties. These must be no more than 2cm thick. Always ensure you wash your hands after handling raw meat.
Step 3) Place a pan on a high heat, add a splash of oil and place the burgers in the pan. Cook the burgers for 15, turning every few minutes to make sure they do not burn.
Step 4) When there is 5 minutes left on the timer for both the burgers and potatoes. Place your crispy kale on a tray, add a layer of oil on top and season with salt and pepper. Slice your burger buns in half and also add these into the oven to warm up.
Step 5) Before you remove the burgers from the heat, place two slices of Aurrichio Smoked Provolone Cheese on top. Adding the cheese to the burgers whilst still in the pan ensures the cheese will melt deliciously over the burger.
Serve the cheese burgers in the buns, along with the paprika wedges and crispy kale.
